I have incorporated a happiness and well being regimen into my lifestyle with positive words and optimum nourishment on a daily basis. Post chemo and having to have a CT scan every 3 months, I have to be really care of triggers that takes my body in the opposite direction. I wanted to align myself with the very best vitamin and nutritional supplements to help keep my body in positive alignment.
I turned to a Natures Sunshine Representative to point me in the right direction. After reading through tons of literature I decided to create a program for myself that would nourish all the major systems of my body such as the…. structural, circulatory, hormonal, respiratory, digestive, etc. so I picked out supplements to this effect.
I have so much energy and stamina and I feel really great. On top of working out 5 days a week, i’m roller skating, bike riding and hiking when the weather permits. While i’m not focused on any certain goal weight per-se, in all actuality, my goals is to gain muscle and become stronger. I want to keep my bones strong and healthy and I have absolute total control over this process.
Powder blue is one of my favorite colors. It’s a color that I don’t see often but it reminds me of being on vacation… oooh I must be going somewhere soon. My top was on sale at Nordstroms Rack and is very lightweight and comfortable, similar here, here and here. My powder blue capri’s are about 5yrs old but you can find similar here, here and here.
