As Easy as 1-2-3!
Step 1. First, I send you a Client Questionnaire. You and your
family members gather together to talk about your likes and dislikes, fill out
the questionnaire and return it to me for review.
Step 2. Then I visit your home. It is preferred that all of
your family members be present at this meeting. I prepare a Kitchen Assessment
Form( which gives me an idea of what equipment I will have to work with) and we
discuss your meal* choices.
Step 3. We then choose the best cook-date for me to begin.
That's it! I do the rest of the work for you!
- I shop for your groceries the day of your service.
- I prepare the meals in your kitchen.
- Your meals* are packaged, labeled and ready for you and your family to
enjoy!
Sound Meals Personal Chef Service focuses on preparing smaller quantities
more frequently for our clients. None of the preparations are frozen, so you are
getting the freshest possible meal service. In fact, I can leave a warm meal in
the oven for you on the days I cook.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Deposit equal to 50% of total expense due
upon acceptance of signed proposal. Remaining balance is due upon arrival of
meal service. Full refund of deposit upon cancellation within 3 (three) days
prior to service. Full cost of service due if cancellation is received after the
three day cancellation notice.

- The Busy Single-
This service is tailored to busy professionals. Your meals will be ready for you
at home or delivered to your office. *Lunch and Dinner Date Package ? 10 meals
(5 lunches, 5 dinners) $210
- Just The Two of Us-
This is my exclusive daily service for two. Your freshly prepared meals will be
left in your warm oven or refrigerator when you get home. Just the Two of Us
Package-5 meals $150
- The Invisible Chef-
Having a party? No time to prepare the appetizers or dinner? Don't want to hire
a caterer but need some help? I will arrive in the morning with all the
groceries and start preparing your menu. Everything is stored in your
refrigerator with detailed re-heating instructions. And if you really want to
impress your friends and family, I will teach you some culinary techniques that
you can do when they all arrive for the big party and make you look like a
professional chef. Contact me for pricing.
- Intimate Gatherings-
Ladies night? Supper Club? Or just ordinary get-togethers with friends? Intimate
gatherings gives them something to do...Cook! I will lead you and your friends
on a culinary journey from a menu you choose. Your friends all have a hand in
preparing the evenings meal. It is a great way to chat, cook, and have fun doing

- Kids LunchBox-
I can prepare satisfying and nutritious lunches for your kids! They choose from
a simple menu (made up from their own Kid Consultation Form) and I prepare and
package their kid-sized menu choices for the week. From $35 or FREE with Basic
service contract for one or more months from our basic service package above.
* Appropriate containers for packaging your meals will be purchased and added
to the cost, so you can choose either to re-use them or use disposable for each
service.
